As the first section of the project to be completed for East Peoria 2010, the retail development will introduce Peoria to a new way of shopping. The unique mix of specialty shops, big box retailers, and local businesses will allow consumers to find exactly what they are looking for - and more. The site will offer shopping in the midst of small businesses, restaurants, and the Public Green -a community gathering spot - ensuring that there will always be something to do for the whole family.
